Jason Toth leads Merrick’s Infrastructure Engineering division, where he brings over 20 years of experience from his previous roles, including commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Buffalo District. At Merrick, Jason uses the extensive expertise he gained under USACE to drive innovative solutions in water, transportation, and land development projects. His leadership is instrumental in delivering infrastructure solutions for federal, state, municipal, and private clients, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of quality and community impact. Since joining Merrick, Jason has applied his broad experience to foster sustainable and resilient infrastructure, focusing on collaboration and effective project delivery that benefits both clients and the communities they serve.
