Merrick’s long-standing tradition of strong leadership transition and succession continues with two new leadership appointments.

Tammy Johnson, EMBA, PMP | Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (link to press release)

Tammy’s career at Merrick began in 1991. Since that time, she has served in technical, operations, and corporate support services roles and founded the company’s San Antonio office. Tammy became Merrick’s sixth president in 2023 and will continue in this role, serving as both president and CEO.

Blaine Horner | Vice President; Business Unit Leader, Geomatics (link to press release)

Blaine joined Merrick in 2020 as the market director for the geomatics business unit. Since then, he has been deeply involved in both business development and project execution.
